The key objective of the article is to design and build a small shredding machine that conceptually designed with focus on production dry leaves, areca chopped materials, worm compost. This idea was produced by taking into account four slicing machines various operations operating procedures. consideration for customers' safety. A three-stage motor, bearings, cutter, structural frame, spur gear, dual shafts make up machine. High carbon steel, which also used cutter tips soft applied making machine's frame. Two sixteen cutters placed them rotate parallel gear. shaft receives power from electric motor through belt drive. Tensile friction inside cutting house cause process. powder gathered in dish at bottom after dried leaves are reduced size. It simple use has footprint.
